Our Unique approach to childrens classes uses a mix of traditional chinese exercise practices with practical, effective self defence to encourage children to know when to be active and when to be still. Helping to improve their balance, mobility, focus, and concentration as well as working on life skills such as respect, manners, self-discipline, teamwork and gratitude. Our custom Warriors programme uses a levelling up system that they'll find engaging and familiar and will encourage them to take ownership of their own martial arts journey. This programme is aimed at primary school children and is aimed to set them up for the next stage of their lives, secondary school when they will be able to join our adult and teen classes (11+).
