How Classes Work

  1. Warm-up & foundations — structure, guard, mobility.
  2. Technique focus — pad work, forms elements, partner mechanics.

Do I need experience or to be fit already?

No. We start from first principles and scale drills to you.

Is there sparring?

No hard sparring for beginners. We use progressive, supervised pressure drills so you build skill without fear.

What should I wear?

Comfortable sportswear and trainers. Uniforms are optional later.

Can I watch first?

Yes, but most people learn more by trying — your first session is free.
